Nobel Resources Corp. (TSX–V: NBLC; OTCPK: NBTRF) (the “Company” or “Nobel”) is pleased to report that the three nominees listed in the management information circular dated August 31, 2026 (the “Circular”) for the annual general and special meeting of shareholders of Nobel held on October 15, 2026 (the “Meeting”), being Vernon Arseneau, Patrizia Ferrarese and Denis Archambault, were elected as directors of the Company. The appointment of each of the nominees to the Company’s board was approved by more than 99.8% of the votes cast at the Meeting.
